I started my career as a Satellite Systems Engineer at Maxis, backed by an Electrical & Electronics Engineering degree.
In 2003, I transitioned into the financial industry — but struggled badly in the early years.
In 2005, I was terminated.
That moment forced me to rebuild everything — my mindset, skills and direction.
I went back to learn sales from the ground up, starting from mortgage sales at Hong Leong Bank.
At the same time, I discovered BaZi — and realised my real strength was teaching, coaching and building people.
From there, I rebuilt my career, achieved MDRT, and developed a leadership system that produced consistent leaders.
