This is extremely easy to prepare if you on the rush. You can buy those pre-customized mix herb for meat steaming from chinese herbal store. Soak it in water for couple of minutes before use. In the mean time, arrange the chicken cutlets in a steel plate and sprinkle salt (more than usual) on it. Then put the herbs on top and pour a decent amount of Shaoxing wine all over it and put it in a steamer for 10-15min. I added some garlic for extra kick. Usually I prepare all this then go take a bath while steaming and get to eat right after. ![]()
