Being born into a modern world and has great interest in IT, Qigong was really not those hobbies that I see myself getting into. It all started on February 2008 when my gf developed a condition call herniation disc or commonly known as Slippeddisc. It changes our way of life and our thinking since then.

According to modern medical science, there is no natural cure other than surgery but because the problem lies in the spinal cord and your nerve, it is a rather scary surgery. We did a lot of research, consult orthopedic specialist and decided to opt for physiotherapy rather than surgery. It didn’t turn out too well, the condition stabilized but still doesn’t show good progress. The physiotherapist although is a westerner practicing western medication, believes in eastern treatment such as qigong and those wild wild stuffs like Craniosacral therapy which he himself claim is a practitioner.
