The chicken itself is tasteless except for maybe the chicken own natural taste, but the main attraction is the accompany dipping sauce for the otherwise plain chicken. BKT was never a to-die-for meal for me until I discovered how good is it when you go with the raw garlic. Ya ya.. i know, BKT has been served with raw garlic all the while. I don’t have a habit to eat raw garlic when eating meal so BKT to me is just “herbal pork soup”.. no kick.. no fire.. One day when I bought a chicken from the market, I asked for the chicken’s gizzard to be included. The nice auntie gave me a full bag of 10 gizzards instead. I used some for cooking the other day with the remaining I don’t know what to do with it. So, I just boiled all of them and serve them with garlic oil and soya sauce like how you get it from those normal chicken rice stall. Yummy…
