Finally, the much sought after photos from our pre-wedding photograph session is here. Sorry for the looooong delay as I only gotten the second half of the photos in October. I wouldn’t want to show to you all earlier when I still haven’t gotten all my photos yet. I spent a few days designing my own photos before uploading and re-structure the website for better viewing.
The direction that we wanted for our photos is to be modern, trendy and cinematic. Most people nowadays chosen (or rather brainwashed by bridal studio) nature or plain backdrop shooting which is too overly common nowadays. And most people like to see themselves big big in the photos which is something I don’t like… maybe unless I’m as handsome as Takeshi, then I wouldn’t mind. Most people couldn’t accept such concept thinking why pay so much money and yet you can’t see your face clearly! So, we went to LV with this concept. Took me a while to reassure them that I’m not insane and I know what I wanted. While the photos outcome is pretty OK but actually I had hope for more uniqueness. I managed to give them a few crazy ideas during the shooting process which turns out great, but maybe I’m too into the “acting” till I forgotten to remind them every time.
The photo album design is pretty amateurish which probably I believe any fresh grads student can reproduce easily. I wanted to design my albums but I worry I don’t have enough time to do it. But is ok, I have designed a few for the website and maybe I will make my own perfect album in future!
