Part of our trip to HongKong is to visit Disneyland HK where we spent the entire day from morning till night waiting for the fireworks show. It is extremely sunny and we enjoyed getting sunburn the whole day…

It is extremely crowded, every rides and show we went to there was a long queue but nevertheless we did managed to try almost all of them. We have to stay inside Disneyland for a long period in order to catch the 9pm fireworks show, so we don’t mind the wait, but then the sun is killing us. Another problem is, Disneyland prohibit you bringing your own water, forcing you buying their 300% more expensive version of mineral water. Is expensive! but at least they rili chill it to super cold before giving to you…

Most of the rides and show are pretty decent and interesting. The show performer are well trained and professional, definately a few leagues above those you can find in Sunway Lagoon or Genting. I never expect such high quality performance from a free show. Even the operation staffs from guest entertainer to janitors to toilet cleaner were extremely polite, well trained and professional.

One of the more memorable rides are the in-house mini roller-coaster. Is similar to the one in Genting which is a cave theme, but this one is a space theme. But this version is so much faster and so much stronger than the one in Genting, one of the most frightening roller-coaster I been to.

Another interesting rides is a boat rides on a canal showing you all the cultures in the world. I thought it was some boring ride but I was surprise of the beautiful and detail animated miniature. Check out the pictures.

One of the quest inside Disneyland is to find all the cos-play characters scatter around the theme park and take picture with them. It may sound easy but it takes great dedication and patient! Firstly, you need to find them around the park and then when you do found them, you will be greeted by a super long queue of people lining up for their turns. So you have to join the queue and wait like 20-30min while enjoying sunburn!

We only managed to get 3 characters before we surrender….
